Abdullah practises in Litigation, Real Estate, competition, Corporate Advisory and in addition to advising clients with Government Tenders and Procurements.
Abdullah is driven by his passion to the legal world, which started since high school to university and up to this Date. Given the fact that he is a bilingual practitioner which granted the opportunity to work in wide range of practises. He was able to lead the contacts with the clients and represent them before the competent authorities. In addition, Abdullah can also be the point of contact between clients and the government authorities.
Experience
- Advising clients in relation to Competition Law.
- Representing Clients before the General Authority of Competition (GAC).
- Advising international and local clients with corporate advisory matters including the Incorporation of companies, shareholders resolutions and Board of Directors resolutions.
- Advising client in relation with all Real Estate matters.
- Assisting in drafting statements of claim and defence, legal memos, and legal opinions.
- Assisting in drafting and conducting several legal due diligences.
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing Shareholders’ Agreement.*
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing Subscription Agreement.*
