Experience
- Assisting local and foreign companies with different corporate matters and commercial disputes
- Assisting with regulatory, procedural, and documentary requirements for liquidating legal entities in Saudi Arabia
- Working on a dispute which involves one of the leading telecommunication companies by assisting with the enforcement of a foreign judgement in Saudi Arabia and providing guidance through legal procedures
- Assisting in advising a client in relation to their strategic goals and objectives in relation to Saudi Arabia’s ‘Vision 2030’
- Facilitated a settlement between a major international company and the General Authority of Tax and Zakat whereby the client benefited from a 60% reduction in their obligations
- Drafting legal memos, resolutions, articles of association and conducting due diligence
- Advising high profile organisations on their legal issues pertaining to commercial and labour disputes before the Saudi Arabian courts
- Assisting with the due diligence review of a number of major companies in Saudi Arabia
- Advising on litigious matters including the preparation and filing of legal briefs and opinions; attending the full range of courts in Saudi Arabia (pleading, pre-trial, appeal, and enforcement) and negotiating settlements of civil disputes
